ReplyDeleteAlways interesting to me the kinds of associations people make. Not being from the area, if I feel the need to be in an HC frame of mind (it's happened once or twice) I generally have to circle around the Texas + Weirdness vibe by like watching True Stories over and over or suchlike.
Well that has to be in the fever dream mix somewhere Anthony Picaro. Most of my good friends in high school (drama club being my main scene) were extras in True Stories. Everybody in this scene who is late teenage in age is someone I know: Dream Operator - TRUE STORIES - TALKING HEADS
