Members of the Nine, Lazzaro proposes an experiment:
He will attempt to transform this new Ugh-Chim into an "elf" (whatever that is) and then we, as a party, will observe the behaviors that the new form then exhibits.
The theory goes that, since the Chim-complex is one of only a very small number of elven forms that Lazzaro has ever known (and in fact makes up the vast majority of the sample size in terms of overall exposure), and since it is originally of elven derivation in the first place, the psychological modifiers resident within the magic will serve to normalize rather than reshape.
In addition to any changes or lack thereof in disposition, we will also be able to observe the effect on physical abilities, memory, & general experience.
The benefits of this knowledge would be numerous, and not only in furthering the study of magic at the Fortunate Dam, which is admittedly a major goal.
What say we?

Mike Davison Ah, but polymorphing BC back to an elf would mean that he's not infringing on TERMEX's dwarfishness.
