So I'm finding myself having to look up significantly more shit in old threads recently, and G+'s search feature is horrible. To combat part of that, I was thinking to create a quick reference thread for major NPCs we know and can contact for help/adventure hooks/pointless whining/hearing chris do a funny voice/etc.
Can people plx list off whoever you remember that seems important & briefly what their deal is?

The Under-Boyar may not be dead, since he was petty nobility. Sakho Vin Sette, on the other hand, was dead before we even met him.
