A couple meta-things: 1. Re: kozak incursion. There may be--depending on horde movements--some in-game spillover, though you can think of the larger problem as something to be ignored at your power level. I might want to play out some battles if the Overking's forces come into contact so anyone who wants to plug in that piece can at their leisure. (I'd like to develop some ideas I had for expanding BTA and BTP for larger battles and am in a wargame mood again.) 2. Having played in Gus L's game last night, one idea I liked (among several) was his encumbrance system (STR equals number of slots). I'm leaning toward adapting that for the campaign.

If a lavish funeral pyre/burial mound, burial goods and elaborate rough jokes made at a long wake (the latter an actual old Czech custom) provided of at least 150 gs value, 60%. Updated Revoca map for tomorrow. A few things to note: 1. the party is currently "paused" at the shit-smelling if friendly Reverse Centaur camp at 18.02 just north of the Aviary and right at the edge of a tall cliff overlooking the lower forest.  2. the Marsh-Witch hut is at 16.04. 3. In the morning you notice that the lower forest below you has shifted from the "eternal early autumn and evening" conditions of the previous day to "eternal early spring and mid-morning lighting." Despite it being High Summer you can even see little patches of snow pooled up in the shadier, protected spots.
