I'm pretty sure we can use it to get the Banners riled up and ready for a fight with the Southlands, even if they aren't the ones who did it.  However, we'll have to prepare.

    This seems reasonable, but I am reluctant to start fomenting our happy little war until we actually get some scouting in on the Southlands and see what's going on there. Right now all we have is a point on a map and some scant information.

So we are playing the Feral Shore next week (I really want to commit to getting back going forward in this year with the eventual retirement of Revoca).
