So this new campaign phase starts on the Shore as part of a lower level party (2,800 exp starting or former character at levels 2-3). The new characters are assumed to have some relationship to the higher powered PCs that hold the land in the area for the Decade King of Kezmarok. One prime area for exploration is the dungeons and lubo (giant acid snails whose shells are literally money) hunting ground under the ruined city, the Rusevin.
